Refund Policy

1. Online Courses

Courses purchased on WhaleWealth are eligible for a full refund if:

• The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
• Less than 30% of the course content has been accessed or consumed
• No certificate of completion has been issued

Refunds are not available for courses where more than 30% of the content has been viewed, as this constitutes substantial use of the product.

2. Digital Products

Digital products (templates, software, design assets, etc.) are eligible for a refund if:

• The refund is requested within 30 days of purchase
• The product has not been downloaded, or the download was defective
• The product is significantly different from its description

Once a digital product has been downloaded and used, refunds may only be issued if the product is defective or not as described.

3. Physical Products

Physical products can be returned for a refund if:

• The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery
• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• The product was damaged during shipping or is defective

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

4. Services

Service purchases are eligible for a refund if:

• The service has not yet been started or delivered
• The vendor has failed to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe
• The delivered service is significantly different from what was described

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Log in to your WhaleWealth account
2. Go to My Orders
3. Select the order you want to refund
4. Click "Request Refund" and provide a reason

6. Refund Processing

• Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days
• Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method
• PromptPay refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days
• Bank transfer refunds may take 5-10 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Subscription fees after the trial period
• Products or services purchased during a promotional period marked as "final sale"
• Gift purchases that have been redeemed
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago

8. Disputes
